Chat Online is a friendly and fun place where all chatters can enjoy chatting and talk in a safe and non-threatening environment.

If you are found to be being abusive or rude you will be banned from our chat rooms and forums.

You must only chat within the rooms that correspond with your age. For example, if you are 16 you cannot chat in the Kid Chat room because it has an age range is 0-12.

No racism, hate, abuse, threats, or anything that causes anyone in the chat rooms or forums to have a negative experience.

No bad language in the Kids Chat room or the kids forum. Anyone found doing swear words or misspellings of swear words will be permanently banned.

Users must understand that our chat rooms and forums are not monitored and no-one can be held liable for anything that happens as a result of using this website and its chat rooms. Users use this website at their own risk.

All users under 18 must obtain their parents or guardians permission before entering a chat room or participating in a forum, and by giving permission the parents consent that they cannot hold this website or any of its affiliates liable for anything that happens to the chatter during their time on this site and its chat rooms and forums.

Chat or talk which promotes anything illegal is strictly prohibited.

No giving out any personal information such as email address, phone numbers, residential address or real names.

No flooding.

No transfer of any code or programs. Anyone found trying to spread viruses or malicious code in our chat rooms will be referred to international criminal authorities.
